- Tiffany is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and also holds a Group Exercise Certification through the YMCA. She holds current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications. Tiffany has been a fitness enthusiast for over 18 years and has recently discovered her passion to help, educate and encourage others. She enjoys the social and physical benefits of healthy activity and loves outdoor adventure. Her overall goal and mission with Ballston Spa Boot Camp is to create body changing workouts in a challenging, fun, and supportive environment in her community. She is also a wife and mother of 3 children living in the Ballston Spa area.
